how is the format...group winner advance or playoffs?

Top two teams from each first round groups advance to quarters, top four to semis.

After first round, the winner of Group A will play runner up of Group B and winner of B play runner up of A and same on the other side in C and D

Where in Jamaica will they be playing? I was wondering about the Catherine Hall Complex and if it is yet in a state of readiness for something like this?

I cannot recall another sporting facility in history taking so long to complete.

They were both passed by CONCACAF Technical people and the Minister said today that they are working on them to fix them..
