Waterhouse will be without last season's top marksman Kevin Lamey, who is reportedly in Malaysia, but coach Barrington Gaynor believes the team still has enough firing power to rebound against Arnett.
"We haven't been depending on him (Lamey) only this season, so hopefully the people who are here can get the job done again as per usual," Gaynor said.
Having been eliminated from the KSAFA Jackie Bell Knock-out competition by Super League campaigners JDF on Wednesday, fifth-placed Arnett Gardens, with 23 points, will be aiming for a turn in fortunes against their nemesis, who beat them 4-2 in the first round of the NPL.
"We're trying to go into the game with a positive vibe to try and get the three points, especially... we're playing at home," said Arnett's coach, Glendon 'Admiral' Bailey.
He added: "We know it won't be easy... but we had a team talk this morning (yesterday) and everybody seems to be in high spirits, so we'll be pushing on even though we're having some injury problems."
Another mouth-watering encounter will see second-placed Harbour View, on 31 points, entertaining fourth-placed Portmore United (27 points) at the Compound.
With both teams coming off victories last week, fireworks are expected in this clash. Returning to the bench after a one-week absence, Portmore's coach Paul Young told the Sunday Observer he will be gunning for three points.
"We're trying our best to get maximum points from all these games because we still have some catching up to do," Young said.
"We're not a team that concedes a lot of goals... so if we play our 'A' game defensively they shouldn't be able to outscore us... once we continue scoring we should get the positive result that we want," he added.
For his part Lenworth Hyde, coach of first-round champions Harbour View, said his 'Stars of the East' will rise to the occasion.
"It will be an attacking game and it will be the team that makes the least amount of mistakes who'll come out on top. We would like to gain back the lead, so we're going out there to try and get a good result," said an upbeat Hyde.
Third-placed Reno, with a game in hand and on 28 points, will be looking for their third consecutive win when they travel to Ferdie Nieta Park to tackle winless Naggo Head, who
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
