  • Digicel Caribbean Cup 2010 TV Schedule

I contacted CVM TV and they told me that they will not be carrying the games.

Next TVJ told me to call back today at 11 a.m.

"The final matches will be aired on FOX Television in North America and throughout the Caribbean; the finals will be aired live on free to air TV and radio."

Okay! The above was the statement posted in several media outlets throughout the Caribbean and overseas. So I immediately (like several of the forumites, I'm sure.) started searching for broadcasting schedules for the games.

Well! I finally had some luck when they said FOX Television in North America. I immediately went to the website. Only to be disappointed:

So why would FOX Television chose to delay the finals when they could show them live.

Forumites keep searching and pray we find a live feed before the Reggae Boyz first live match on Saturday.

Okay! After having some run around from TVJ for the past hours. I received somewhat something of good news.
At present TVJ is in negotiations to broadcast the Digicel Caribbean Cup finals. But in the meantime they will be showing highlights of the previous matches on Saturday.

Again. Some good news for some forumites. Not for me personally since I want to record all of Jamaica's matches.

Well!!! Futbol24 has Cuba leading T&T by a goal to nil. The goal was scored in the 32nd minute.
Heading over to the T&T forum to gauge their response.

CNC3 T&T is showing the game delayed... at 8 pm. CNC3 is on JumpTV. I hope they don't block the game for those who have to watch online.

They just announced that due to technical issues they won't be showing the game tonight.

                          Matches are found here!

To ensure the Digicel Caribbean Cup is brought to as many people as possible, Digicel has invested heavily in the TV production to broadcast the games across the Caribbean and internationally. All 39 qualifying group games will be aired in full across the region on an “as live” basis and all 16 games of the finals will be broadcast live worldwide by satellite. In addition, ten thirty-minute highlight shows will be produced and broadcast regionally and internationally, courtesy of Digicel.

                          The question is, broadcast sources?

T&T knocked out of the 2010 Digicel Cup and the Gold Cup by the same team for the second straight qualifiers. Although it was us Jamaica who put the final nail in the coffin in 2008.
Grenada scored the winner in the 70th minute.

I guess it's a really bad idea to go on their forum now.
