0-0 57 Minutes. Jamaica got its first great chance on goal. Someone got behind the defense, but Costa Rica's goalie came out and smothered the shot. Costa Rica had a similar play at the other end, but Miller came out and smothered that shot too. Costa Rica had a direct free kick that caught Miller flat-footed, but missed the right post by three feet.

0-0 70 Minutes From the goal line Palmer fired a cross across the face of the goal, nobody could latch on. Jamaica easily defended two corner kicks, and took a corner kick that went over everybody.

The coach made wholesale changes in the later part of the second half. Giving everybody it seems like a game. Not a very lively match but it seems a little structured and the Jamaican team stood up and kept the ball. Just needed a little imagination in the final third and we would be good to go.
