Fuller steam ahead for striker
Stoke City, 15:24, August 9, 2010
Ricardo Fuller will not be banned for Stoke City's first Premier League game at Wolves, despite being sent off for violent conduct.
Potters fans and officials had been fearing the worst after the Jamaican international was red carded in Friday night's pre-season game against Wrexham.
Fuller was in danger of missing the trip to Molineux, but a statement on Stoke's website said the club had received confirmation that Fuller would be available for the match.
Manchester City midfielder Patrick Vieira also recently escaped a ban from Premier League action after being dismissed in a friendly against Inter Milan.
