Certainly the infrastructure put in place can only help... I still think they will have a problem finding use for the stadiums on a regular basis, at least in the near term...

The writer said very little about any actual plan for their future use other than what the potential is.

yeah the 2 stadia in joburg is mind boggling....i was told one is to be rugby specific or will be taken over by a rugby club...

At least they sound like they had a plan afterwards, whether feasible or not. Still wondering what was the original plan for Trelawny after the ceremony apart from helping out Dehring's career.
