At a meeting of the St. James FA to deliberate on the incident which occurred on July 25, 2010 at a Western Masters League Semi-finals between Violet Tourers and Hanover Masters where it was alleged that national goal keeper coach Warren Barrett who was a player coach for the Violet Tourers team and player and team member Phillip Wong assaulted a referee.
At the end of the deliberation the meeting which was chaired by Mr. David Watt found both persons culpable; Barrett was fined $25,000.00 and suspended for five years, years 1 to 3 been mandatory and years 4 and 5 he is placed on probation. Wong was fined $25,000.00 and suspended for five years.
