Anelka thrown out of World Cup

A French Football Federation official says striker Nicolas Anelka has been thrown out of the World Cup squad after reportedly insulting coach Raymond Domenech.

Federation vice president Noel Le Graet told France's RTL radio the decision was taken on Saturday.

Le Graet says "the decision has just been taken ... It's shocking, because if anyone has protected Anelka, it's Domenech."

The Chelsea striker reportedly made obscene comments to Domenech at halftime during the 2-0 loss to Mexico on Thursday.

The man tell Domenech about him mother. As much of a madman Domenech is, one of the best things he said was that Anelka need to stop dropping so deep every second. If anything Anelka should thank Domenech for keeping him on the field.

The FFF and/or Domenech should drop himself... long time; all through qualifying he (AND THE FFF) should ask why his team always underperformed given the talent they have.

According to French sports newspaper L'Equipe Anelka exploded in rage in the dressing room, verbally abusing the coach. He is reported to have said, "Go f*** yourself you son of a whore." Canal+ claim Anelka will be sent home from South Africa tomorrow.
