Harbour View WILL take part in the CONCACAF Club competition...earlier this year I wrote an opinion piece that I did not think the decision by the PLCA to stay away was a unanimous one and this is proving me right...

It makes no sense to stay away as the long term benefits far outweigh the short term expenses.

Fully support playing in competitions where the opposition consistently presents higher level play than that met in the NPL.
