Arsene Wenger has made no secret of his desire to add some firepower to his forward line to boost his side's bid for silverware next season.
And it seems the Arsenal manager is prepared to pay up to £10 million to secure Wigan striker Rodallega when the transfer window opens, as negotiations between the clubs are already underway.

The Colombian international has netted nine goals in 31 games for the struggling Latics and, at the age of 24, will fit nicely with Wenger's policy of signing up-and-coming forwards.
Bordeaux forward Chamakh has long been linked with a move to north London, and it looks like it will finally come to fruition in June.
The French club, who, like the Gunners, are aiming to upset the odds to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals, are prepared to let their highly-rated Moroccan-born forward go.
Chamakh can leave on a free transfer and the latest news this morning is that the 26-year-old has signed a four-year deal at the Emirates Stadium.
