    express all your Concerns . Tilla et al you dont have to write
    Open Letters to Captain anymore . have got it !
    Jamaica you mite get a Petroleum well with
    United Oil by 1.31.26;You also has a NNPC option with the Abuja accord from 2022.What
    happens then I don't know.A Petrol Well is

        I met the Captain in 1997 last WCQ game v Mexico @ Sutton Place hotel .
        He gave me a ticket to go and watch the Boyz ; by the way Tilla when
        is our next game and vs who ? the Ministry gave Captain the green light
        on the Stadium .
