Michael Ballack has told Arsene Wenger to stop moaning after claiming Arsenal are not good enough to win the Premier League.
Chelsea wrecked the Gunners' faltering title bid with a comprehensive 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Incredibly, Wenger reckoned his side deserved to win after watching them fall nine points behind leaders Chelsea. He also claimed they were 'dominant' and hit out at what he perceived as Chelsea's bully-boy tactics.
Struggles: Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger
But Ballack, who side are two points clear of Manchester United at the top, claims he is tired of the Frenchman's excuses in a withering attack on Arsenal.
'If you look now, it appears to be a race between Manchester United and us,' he said.
'But four weeks ago, you could see how it was set up and it can go quick when teams lose points.
'We wanted to do our job. We knew the way Arsenal play. We could see it in our first game against them and against United — it is always the same style.
'If you play tactics like we did, you can beat them. Wenger says things like this always when he loses, to find an excuse. But football is not possession of the ball and playing a nice pass.
'Football is about winning games and that is what United showed when they played them and that is what we did.
'This season and the season before they showed they weren't able to win the league.'
