IFA is investigating the Egyptian FA as a result of last week's game at Cairo.
Hundreds of locals threw stones at the Algerian team bus almost immediately after it left the airport. Apparently, the bus was attacked again while en route from the hotel to the stadium.
Several Algerian players were injured by broken glass, and took the field in bandages.
Riots related to both games were also reported in France and Kuwait.
