as a coach interesting to hear what a parent of a 8 yr old thinks is good. A good team... Goood coaches ... Good development or fun.... an 8 yr approach or expectation of good is always interesting... i bet its fun and learning.. the parent would be trophies and winnning... the truth lies in between.
