why you think so HL? He is a Legend at Bradford. I think he had a very good time there as well.
The fact is only Jamaicans didn't rate Ricketts. We only know about (and take interest) in these lower divisions... ( Hull, Bradford city, Leyton Orient, Swansee, Milwall)--because of local football transfers.

A few years ago Bradford City was in the EPL. They are now in League 2. I think Ricketts kept for them in the Championship and League 1. When they went to League 2 Queen Park Rangers bought him to play Championship ball but he had work permit problem.
He is happy to be in LA yes especially when the other option is Village United.
