Seven teams in the Portland Major League?

That sounds very low for the standard leagues in any parish.



I was reading the story in the Observer today when they said the Portland League las only seven teams, I know the JFF has mandated that no more than 12 teams in any league but this is too low.



It makes you wonder why the standard of play in that part of the coun try has not improved lately.
