Maybe I shouldn't have use talent. It was not mean't to be negitive. Portland like others have put themselves in the wilderness and people often ask rightfully what happening. All I am pointing to is just the hard work and the talent available. I can remember a few years ago when St.Georges used a team basically from Portland and St.Mary most people thought they would be relegated.
All I am pointing to is that it is possible and the main drawback is organization. The worst part of the parish is Port Antonio as for some reason although it is the biggest town they can't produce a good team. Most ot the good team come from Buff Bay or further east.
