Green Bay Packers defensive end Aaron Kampman, who was recently ordained as a minister, and teammate Donald Driver went on a missionary trip to Nairobi, Kenya during the off-season.
Kampman said he gave a soccer ball to the headmaster.
“I pulled the soccer ball out. We walked to the head master. All the kids from across the field saw the soccer ball. I'll never forget, it was such a joyous sight,” Kampman said. “All these kids come sprinting out of the classroom -- they come running across and jumping up and so excited because they had a real soccer ball.”
