"Frazier Whip" - A Real Company?

The JAMAICA STAR reports that a team called Frazier Whip
won the Central St. Catherine U-17 championship, beating Black Lions 5-1.

Is Frazier Whip a real company? I have heard of Black Lions.

The STAR also reported that DB Basovak beat St. John's 3-2 in overtime to win the U-15 championship.
