This is a good one. I almost can't believe that this is truly the first constitution for the Western Confederation.

FALMOUTH, Trelawny - For the first time, the Jamaica Football Federation's (JFF's) Western Confederation has a constitution to govern the affairs of the body that oversees football in the four parishes in the region.
The new constitution was presented and adopted at the recent Congress held at the StarFish Beach Resort.
Linnell McLean, who was returned unopposed as chairman of the Confederation, hailed the development, saying it was "an important step for the Confederation", which shows it was moving in the right direction.
The Western Confederation includes the parishes of St James, Hanover, Trelawny and Westmoreland.
McLean, who is also the president of the Trelawny Football Association, told the Sunday Observer that the Confederation's executive had started drafting the document under the previous chairman, Orville Powell, who resigned in April.
The final document was recently completed, McLean said, and was adopted by the new executive and would be presented to each club taking part in its competitions.
McLean said that for the first time in years an audited financial report was also presented and accepted by the executive during the Congress.
Meanwhile the Competitions Committee is to make decisions on two proposals put forward by McLean, who suggested that the Super League return to a straight league format - dispensing with the semi-final and final format used over the past two seasons - and the implementation of an Under-19 league to foster youth development.
McLean said recently he would be pushing for the return of the league format where the team with the most points at the end of the two rounds would be declared the winners.
This past season, Wadadah - who were fourth after the end of the two rounds - upset mid-season champions Seba United, who had also earned the most points in the semi-finals before beating Negril in the final.
