President of the Jamaica Football Federation Captain Horace Burrell is urging the handlers of phenomenal speedster Usain Bolt to seize the moment and market the 100 metre world champion to the fullest.

Burrell made the suggestion at last week's Observer Monday Exchange meeting of reporters and editors just days before Bolt shattered his old mark of 9.69 seconds and rewrote the history books by posting a time of 9.58 seconds.
