Cleveland Taylor transfer confirmed
Brentford today signed pacy wideman Cleveland Taylor from Carlisle United
The tranfer, which had been fairly well premediatated in the press and online forums, was completed after Taylor successfully completed a medical yesterday.
The Jamaican winger, who was Carlisle's player of the season last year, was signed for an undisclosed fee - and had played against The Bees on Saturday during our opening fixture.
Cleveland is 25 and was very popular with Carlisle's fans for his 'all action' approach and general attitude to the game. He is expected to provide stiff competition for in-form Sam Saunders on the right hand side of Brentford's midfield.
