Would it be acceptable in the GC ? I have often wandered about Refs in concacaf .Refs in N.A and Central america seem to be less tolerant of hard tackles than those in the carribbean.
Same can be said of in europe with all the various leagues.I doubt a ref in the fluid la liga can handle a ruff and tuff prem game .THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
