    RE: Go Reggae Girls.

I played in a tournament this weekend with a girl (name escapes me) who played with the 1998 girls team. She also played college ball, but a acl injury ended her international career. Girl played some big ball.

Dont forget we lost 6-0 to a better Candian team in February but they have suspended about four of their better players...

I am just proud to see them playing. One day when they are a much better team, they'll look back and remember where they were coming from.

Yep, but even so, they are paying compliment to the team that deserves it. We are a bit out of our league but still proud

Great point..there is one girl here in Mobay who i am sure is sorry she was born a few years so early, Lorraine Mairs they called her the female Tappa, she used to be on the tema a few years ago.

Actually wore number 11 as well and plays against men in Bussiness house games here still.

I hope we continue to invest in women's soccer. With our speed, if they learn to be a little more organized, this team will create problems.

This team is poorly coached, too many bush-ball mistakes. This coach must be emphasizing the wrong things in practice or the player's headjuss tough.

I tell you what.....It would have been a golasso if somehow she had scored that after beating two men so clean. - T.K.

Well you never can tell maybe someone will see their potential and step up to the plate. I remember when the men team use to make similar mental laps. WE want a Goal.

Vin has done very well, dont make the mistake of comparing the women's game with the men, they are light years apart. The women's game is still in the embryonic stage even thoiugh we have a few decent players.

Dont forget we have three or four who are in College and cant get away plus two moe who did not get visas and our bets scorer who is on ared card today.

Vin has taken this team a long way after Chris Bender had them and they were not doing so well, he took a new approach to the game and got them this far.

Yeah Richie....between you and me....If the JFF really wants to hitthe jackpotin abig way in the shortest period of time possiblethey would do well to invest their time and resources into the women's team. They definitely have potential. Add in the fact that they are missing some 3 players from theLWC team andReid from the red card you can see wherea coach could really pull it together. To be fair I think Blaine did the best withthe support heand theteam was given. We still have another shot against a very good Mexican team in the 3rd place game.Maybe we can shock the world. - T.K.

If I am not mistaken, this goalkeeper is still a student at Wolmers so basically she is maybe 17 or 18 yars old.
