No. The question is how to manage the "rich" players or those that are well off. How does their wealth affect their professionalism and attitudeto the game.

i think that is a factor especially in environment where there is not a inbred professionalism. You see it all sports but I worried about our boys.. I recall Claude Davis talking about his wage package before about him being the highest paid. Also being off to be subbed as he was not into the embarrasment vs Australia.. I think you need a firm hand where no one is above whats on the front of the jersey..
