There is a reason why people lead. You require vision and not so much to sit back and do what people want. 10 people will not always agree on something. Show them a plan and then execute. I thing this will be more of the same.

Our clubs sit waiting to be led...and, this new guy is going to follow their lead? :w00t:

...and, what about his mandated JFF Constitutional responsibility to "administering and promoting football in a givengeography area"?

This guy does not seem to know the responsibilities that come along with his assuming the title ofSt. James FA head? I wonder if he knows what are the roles eachleader at the Confederation level and, indeed, the JFFlevel must play? Hey he is suddenly elevated to the leadership of his Parish, onto the leadershp teams of the Confed in which his Parish falls and the JFF! He it is who must convince his poor Parish on the need for every nook and cranny to be brought into the fold and 'fast-forwarded'on a path to improve the 'football industry'...to create a path that enable allto enjoy successes.

The clubs are important...but, they are but a part of a much larger whole for which he has responsibility to provide 'great leadership'.
