    Can City make top 4?

    The press suggested that Tevez move to City is near and that they are in talks with both Adebeyour and John Terry. If they get these players and Tevez, they would have a lineup that would look something like this:

    ------------------Given

    Richards---Terry---Onuoha/Dunne---Bridge

    ----------------Barry

    ------SWP---Tevez---Robinho

    ---------Adebeyour---Santa Cruz

    I predict that if they do get these players they will finish top 4 at the Gummers expense. The real challenge will be with their bench.

      that lineup looks like Jamaica's against El Salvador. The middle weak.

        True - Ireland would be better in the spot I put Tevez, but I wasn't trying to play football manager 2009. Even so, Tevez/Sta Cruz/Adebeyour would be a decent strike force.
