Beckerman is a baller. I remember when he and Landon and co. played the Under 17s in Jamaica. He was the most impressive player I saw back then. Everything was one touch.

Honduras played extremely well.

The funny thing is our midfield is not bad, just need some jelling and some confidence. You don't see them trying to beat 3 or 4 players very much again, they pass the ball around.

HL, I was surprised he wasn't pulled. He was trying too much to beat his opponents instead of making a pass. Then he arrived in time to score. I think the forward had good vision to lay that pass off for him.

JJ has really improved and only beat when he need to in this tournament.

Campbell Ryce is playing wide and normally wide players are given the option, just like Bearsley or Donovan when playing wide.

You always down on Austin but one thing with Austin and that is he knows his limitation and don't dribble out of the back often, he normally play it to others or kick it out. He is a hard worker and tackler in the midfield.

Improvement is needed but I would want him in my team. Bigger I am not impress with so far but I hope he improves.

Morrison I like him and come another year or two we will have one of the best midfield in the region.

Honduras was missing often...the US missed two good ones...but too often it was hustle and bustle ending in cheap give-aways...all this before half-time.

I left before the 2nd half...CNN and flipping the channels it was from then on.
