At this time, I don't know.
There are several Salvadoran and a few Honduran channels on Justin.TV, www.justin.tv . You may want to drop in and check things out.
With my limited knowlege of Spanish, El Salvador Canal 4 telecasts El Salvador games. If Canal 4 shows the game, someone will show it on Justin.
On the other hand, someone mentioned the dreaded closed-circuit telecast. -

There's sports bar not far from me that will likely get a closed circuit feed.
I think i will remain in the comfort of home and watch our first cousin T&T draw or beat MexTico.
It can be challenging watching the justin links at times.
