Tottenham outcast Dos Santos in talks with Espanyol over loan deal
Despite being transferred from one of the finest footballing institutions in world football, Barcelona, Mexican forward Giovani dos Santos has failed to live up to his hype and has consequently languished on the Tottenham Hotspur sidelines, interrupted mid-season with a successful spell at lower league Ipswich Town.
The 20-year-old has revealed that a further loan deal could be on the horizon. The player himself would approve of a return to La Primera, with Barcelona's rivals Espanyol looking a likely destination; a side who are already believed to have made contact regarding Dos Santos' availability.
