So let me ask you a question 'Sass, you have a contract that expires and you have no confidence that your bosses are going to renew it and you have the oppurtunity to work in a job that pays you more...what do you do? Sit down and wait for the bosses to make a decision while others are taking jobs you are qualified for???

Well it is like the game we play. Them a watch him and him a watch them.
