Forumites i am sure i can speak for the majority of us in wanting Tappa to be a successful head coach for the national team, however there must be a note of caution that things might not be as straight forward as it seem.Tappa is a young coach with limited experience and could easily be overwhelmed by the pressures of the job.I know people will be saying he's done the job on a care taker basis with a record of 3 wins from 3 games, however this is a completely different ball game. Now its is responsibility to take Jamaica's football forward dealing with the media, pleasing some of the most hard to please fans in the world and maintaining Jamaica's steady climb up the FIFA rankings so potential local stars can achieve thier dreams by plying thier trade in England. It's a tough task but he can start by winning the Gold Cup
.Will the JFF give him time to be a success if he gets off to a bad start?.
