The concept of passing--especially on the pitch is nonexistent.

A heavy roller and some water could help? maybe? and no playing on the pitch in between matches? When I lived in Canada I remember playing on a "Parks and Recreation" field called Elleston Flats which was always like a billiard table... if rain fell they wouldn't allow any play and the fields were allways pristine... how come we can't raise the level?
I believe the major stadia in T&T are better than what I see the NPL playing on but there was plenty money spent to construct the fields and little put in for maintenance.Peter R
