It looks hopeless at this juncture .I was hoping Spurs would put a dent in MAN U but it seems no one learned anything from our destruction of ManU .

I will throw in the Towell after the Man city game
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.Tags: None

Referee had a bad day - Redknapp
Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp called for match officials to use technology after a controversial penalty award in their 5-2 defeat by Manchester United. He was furious when referee Howard Webb gave United a penalty, ruling Heurelho Gomes had fouled Michael Carrick.
"The players can't believe it," said Redknapp. "It changed the game.
"The referee made a terrible mistake. You should have technology. The fourth official should be watching the TV monitor and talking to the referee."
We were a bit fortunate but football is a funny game
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson
Spurs dominated the opening period with goals from Darren Bent and Luka Modric before conceding five second-half goals to lose after the penalty award by Webb, who will referee the FA Cup final between Chelsea and Everton.
The 37-year-old is regarded as one of England's best officials and took charge of two group games at Euro 2008.
Title is ours to lose now - Rooney
So far this season he has issued five red cards, including dismissals for Manchester United pair Cristiano Ronaldo and Nemanja Vidic, in 39 games.
Ronaldo converted the penalty to spark the deluge of goals with the Portuguese forward also scoring a header, with Rooney weighing in with a brace, while Dimitar Berbatov got on the scoresheet to lift the Old Trafford side to the top of the table, three points ahead of Liverpool.
Convinced Gomes had got a hand to the ball before contact was made with Carrick, Redknapp added: "United were not going to win unless something like that happened.

The penalty decision was poor but it was a poor second-half performance

"The referee has not done it on purpose, it is just a bad decision but it was the turning point."
United were denied a penalty by Mike Riley in last week's FA Cup semi-final defeat to Everton when Danny Welbeck appeared to be felled by Phil Jagielka, a decision that United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was quick to highlight in discussing Webb's decision.
"We were a bit fortunate but football is a funny game," said Ferguson.
First goal was key - Phelan
"You get terrible decisions. We got one last week. You have to deal with them and get on with it."
Former Tottenham player Berbatov was impressive throughout, prompting his manager to describe his performance as "fantastic".
"I don't think he gave the ball away once," added Ferguson. "He was our best player in the first-half and in the second he produced some wonderful moments.
"He does things that are world class."

I dont know what the X is wrong with you man. Look here. When Blackburn beat Man U three out of four times a couple of seasons ago, that did not make Blackburn special. Chelsea beat Man U five love one season and Man U still won and Chelsea was not special. So get the notion out of your head that the KOP are special.
It is no accident that Man U is on top again. The pressure of being champions, playing almost 85 games when combining club and internationals is a lot of work. So what if you won two league games against Man U? How's your Carling cup? Did you get further in the FA Cup? Did you get further in the CL? You are only left in the Prem and you acting like second place is something big. If you put Man U's 10 Prem titles aside, Man U has come second more than anyone else. You dont hear us going on like second place is deserving of a trophy, do you?
I hope you are a good sport. Karl has been enduring this trash talk for over a decade."Jah Jah see dem a come, but I & I a Conqueror!"
