Let's be clear - Are you saying Steve does not have a lot to offer our football, St James' football and Hanover football?

Steve Bucknor needs to get himslef up to date on football before he can offer himself to anyone, right now he is a dinosaur that has allowed the game to get away from him but his ego will never allow him to admit that!

Do you want it any clearer?

He has had a youth club for years but the boys have not won anything, they cannot even get into decent high schools and in my mind an academy is more than teaching football but there must be a balance with education and life skills.

Steve was also the coach for the Cornwall College Under 14 and Under 16 teams for the last two years and they went nowhere.

You are like most people stuck with the Steve Bucknor from decades past.

Answer this question- before he went to Cornwall and inherited a bunch of very bright and talented players what was his results at STETHS and Ruseas, not counting the numbers of disqualifications and forged birth certificates?

If you leave up to Karl, everyone who controlled football in the 70's and 80's would be dusted off and brought back to screw it up again.

            Depends on what halcyon means.

            Exhumed? Yikes! Why so morbid?

One of the problems with the old timers is that they are stubborn and dont think they have anything new to learn and refuse to upgrade themselves.

They refuse to accept that sports has developed and progressed since the 1970s and times have changed.

Bucknor likes to say that football has not changed in the past 30 years and he cant even see how wrong that statement is.

And Karl still believes that goalies must be planted on the goal line, indeed motionless, until the penalty kick is taken.

Why don't you just give us facts?
We who love our football would like that!

Isn't Steve the current D'Cup coach for Cornwall, since they got rid of Weatherly?
