      Karl that is not true.

      Even coaches make mistake and cut good talent a lot of the time.
      • Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

          yes cause finding talent is a judgement call with a little bit of science.
