Areseal manager Arsene Wenger is considering making an offer for young striker Moussa Dembele, according to a report in the British tabloid The Daily Mirror.
The 21-year-old has found the back of the net six times in 14 games for Dutch outfit AZ, helping them to the summit of the Eredivisie table this season.
The Wilrijk-born forward, who can play on the wing as well as up-front, impressed for Belgium during the 2008 Olympics, scoring three goals in six appearances.
"He needs to improve but has the attributes to play in England or Spain," Louis van Gaal, Dembele's manager at AZ, is quoted as saying.
