Whatever became of this player? I am just remembering a beauty of a goal he scored for the Metrostars from almost half line on the wing. Seemed to have potential, but needed a little polishing. Has he retired from football? He should not be more than about 26 years now if I recall correctly.

I doubt he is playing - heard he is just recovering from an injury

<DIV>He has been coming on as a sub for HV. Scored a great freekick last weekend, I hear. Expected to see him play last Wednesday, but, surprise!, yet another injury. Not the same old ankle one though. This time it was his hamstring, so hopefully we will see him back soon again.</DIV><DIV></DIV><DIV>Keith Kelly also turned up at that Wednesday match, on crutches and (sigh) terribly overweight. He had surgery on his ankle about two weeks ago, as his earlier surgery apparently left some problems. Hopefully, he'll be back soon too.</DIV>

Tilla there's your problem.....You said METRO STARS. Everyone knows that as soon as someone touches foot in New York they will immediately start sucking. Coaches, players, administrators, fans.....it is a culture of failure that rubs off on everyonein that organization.

Here are a few key forumlas to remember:

            1. Good player + Metro Stars = Crap player

            2. Good coach + Metro Stars = Crap coach

            3. Good people + Metro Stars = Criminals - T.K.
No need to thank me forumites.
