Inter omit Quaresma from Champions League squad
MILAN, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Inter Milan have omitted Ricardo Quaresma from their Champions League squad for the remainder of the season, a club statement said.
The Portuguese winger, signed for 18.6 million euros ($23.90 million) from Porto in September, has had a dreadful start to his Inter career and was heckled by his own fans during the 1-1 home draw with Torino on Sunday.
Inter coach Jose Mourinho, whose side play holders Manchester United in the last 16 on Feb. 24 and March 11, had already announced that striker Hernan Crespo would not be on the squad list.

Quaresma has looked awful. The youth's commitment is just not there, no sharpness whatsoever. Him certainly can't complain that Jose never give him the opportunity.Comment

Quaresma is a lazy footballer he was meant to be the next great player after Figo to come out of Portugal,he's got ability but a poor attitude how he plays depends on what mood he is in.Comment

Quaresma will kick a$$ at Chelski under Scolari. I guarantee it. He will motivate the player far more than mumpty moanrinho. If you watched him when he was at Porto (and even when he played in the Euros) he is a very skillful player. He is no Robinho, but Chelsea badly need a left winger and he knows what his task is.
