Someone needs to take control and guide this club back to respectability. They, along with Reno, represent the West and they represent football crazy Mobay for the time being.

Players just are not good enough and Weatherly had told the management this from he took over the team last August..also of the four Africans they have, maybe one is worth his pay and Weatherly also told them from last year that they cant keep them here as they are no better than the players in the squad and they can also find local players of the same calibre.

There were also conflicts in the board room and decisions to cut players was agreed on but the coach and some of the management team decided to ignore this and keep the players.

Tegat's assertions about lack of funds, players not fit and not enough nutrition is rubbish...he got his demands per salary and was not delivering the goods.

From last month he told the management he needed new players and they said fine but he is yet to identify even one player which is his job, it is not the job of the management to go searching for players that is the job of the coaching staff.
