    To Mr. Paul A Reid,

With reference to your article on Tuesday about Rudolph Austin's football life in Norway with SK Brann. I can confirm that Mr. Austin has become a popular player among the supporters of SK Brann. We here at BRANN.US, SK Brann Supporters in New York City, are very happy to see Rudy Austin on the Brann team. We are proud of him just as much as the fans back home in Bergen, Norway are. Next season we would like to see Rudy become the first Jamaican player to win the Norwegian League and we know Rudy will contribute to it :-)

SK Brann is the only Scandinavian soccer club that has it's own supporters club in North America, based in New York City. Every time there is a game we gather in Manhattan to watch them play. If there's anybody from Jamaica who would like to join us to watch Rudolph Austin they are welcome to join us at Nevada Smiths in Manhattan. Information can be found on our website.

We don't often see newspaper articles about our team in English, so it was fun for us to read your article.

Regards and best wishes for the Holidays,

    Terje Brattelid
