Three more members of Jamaica's overseas-based contingent for the Digicel Caribbean Championship are expected to arrive in the island today, ahead of Wednesday's opening fixture against Barbados at the National Stadium.
Joining the 20-man team this afternoon are Andy Williams, Wolry Wolfe and Tyrone Marshall.
Striker Dane Richards arrived yesterday, while fellow forward Omar Cummings is yet to set his travel itinerary as his Major League Soccer team, Colorado Rapids, is still in action.
Recalls
Rodolph Austin, Shavar Thomas, Oneil Thompson and Luton Shelton are already in the island, while Sean Fraser and Rafe Wolfe, who have earned recalls for the first time in a year, will close out the 11-man overseas-based contingent.
Retaining their spot from the John Barnes-coached team, which travelled to the Cayman Islands three weeks ago, are defenders Eric Vernan, Adrian Reid and Keneil Moodie, as well as goalkeeper Dwayne Miller and forward Roland Dean.
Defender
Also making a return to the squad is defender O'brian Woodbine of Reno Football Club.
Woodbine last represented the country under former Brazilian technical director, René Simoes, in a World Cup qualifier against Honduras in San Pedro Sula, which Jamaica lost 2-0.
The Jamaicans, who last won the tournament in 2005, have been drawn in Group B alongside Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and Grenada, while defending champions Haiti, Cuba, Guadeloupe and Antigua and Barbuda have been placed in Group A.
