Why don't Jamaica stick with the most qualified affordable coach and use the extra money to implement some serious selection criteria and proper training and nutritional value for our national program. We have indidivual talents but we hardly have 6 team oriented players in all of our squads. Our present squad just need more consistent games together. It is very pathetic to be able to compete with players for 30 minutes who have been in national program for at least 8 years when you haven't play competitive for 15 years.
