      I have seen so many of these player drop out of community college in NY. The football authority needs to work with HEART or some trade programs and the youths can work around such a program.

      I can only hope in the new academy the kids will be given a chance to be refs or other football administrator.

      let me tell you in the US I know a lot of 12 year old kids who are qualified ref and get paid 30 or 40 bucks a game to be on the sideline. Their clubs and the football federation encourages young players to do these ref. test to be qualified. They think if the players know the game and understand what refs go through they will be better players.
      • Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
