FIFA/Member Association Referee Development Course underway

A spate of poor refereeing decisions world-wide have left a number of fans disgruntled, players confused, teams in the rot and officials embarrassed.
This pattern is not unusual to the CONCACAF region and in particular the Caribbean and steps are being put in place to really hold referees accountable.
