Coming on the heels of Usain Bolt's triumphant return to Jamaica, the defeat of our national football team in Honduras was especially poignant. It led me to wonder why the big money sports, football and cricket, were not enjoying the same level of success as the humbly funded athletics, netball and martial arts.
