  • Fuller and Burton out

Woodbine, Wolfe and Shavar comes in along with Luton Shelton as the lone striker...so that means Fuller and Burton are benched along with Evon Taylor and the suspended Demar Philips.

Counter attacking stance is no way beautiful

When it is win and go home for us. Why isn't Simoes playing with two forwards make no sense to me. I guess for a country bless with speed we still cannot find two fast wingers to throw in the mix....

This is a must win because if Honduras beat Jamaica tonight

that will only give them Momemtum to qualify. A draw shouldn't be in our books because we are last in the zone and normally we don't score a lot when we win. We simply haffi win tonight .

Not a bad strategy as Shelton is the fastest yard player. It appears there is no plans for the foward to hold up the ball and bring the mid's into attack. This is purely defensive with your fastest man as a possible outlet on the counter. If the game close I can see him bringing on Fuller and Hue for the last 15 to 20 minutes to go for a win.

to me it is not rocket science...Fuller against Mexico is more to our advantage (eventhough it never go so) because he is bigger and should have been able to over power the faster but smaller Mexican defenders.

Honduras poses a different type of defenders...their defenders are like ours...bring on the faster forward that should be able to run around them easier...and trust me...you going see us getting a lot of free kicks from 30 yards out or nearer...and Shelton might even force a clumsy tackle in the box and win a penalty...something that Fuller wouldn't be able to do

Simon Croskill mentioned something about a diamond formation in midfield...have any of you guys seen or heard of this formation being used before by a Jamaican team?
