What does the 3 and 2 astericks beside the names mean?

    Please explain.

      Corrections shall be made.
It should have been - Number of stars beside a name in the starting X1 corresponding with same number of stars beside the name of the person with whom the starter was substituted.

      Sorry!

The * beside a player's name says he was substituted by the player from the substitutes list. Player with corresponding * are linked in the substitution. The number in bracket by the substitute says the time he came into the game.

I do not see what needs correcting. For example:

          Substitute
          2 Keneil Moodie **(52)

          Replaced
          7 . Evan Taylor **

It reads Moodie replaced Evan Taylor in the 52nd minute.

We have always been doing them like this. For friendlies however when a lot of changes are made, we could use 5* beside a person's name instead of ***** to save space.
