Massive, yesterday I told you I was up in the air about what to do with a U12 kid who was big but un-athletic. Today without prompting I heard from the boy's mother who told me she has decided to let the kid play for his school team. That's a relief since I won't have to tell her that I can't keep her son and she has left the door open for me to come get him if I should need him later in the season. To tell you the truth, this kid would have been such a massive project and I don't have the time or the help of an assistant to give him all the time that he would need to get up to snuff.
This way, I didn't have to commit a roster spot to a player who truly isn't at the calibre of the rest of my travel squad. I still will have to go find a goalie though. If I can find a serviceable back up, I will have a wicked side because I can put my 1st team goalie to play in the defence where he's mad aggressive.
Thanks for all your help massive.
