    Congrats to Ricardo Fuller

    His first goal for the EPL season was quite a clinical header. Congrats to him. Hopefully he keeps it up and has a better showing in the league this time.

    I don't know how Tony Pulis expects to compete in the EPL with Andy Griffin, Leon Cort and Wilkinson in his defense. All three are below average Championship defenders, much less EPL.

    Yes it was a good header by Fuller. I noticed that Gardner was not with Bolton and Fuller only came on in the 65th minute. I am guessing Gardner is off to Canada for the WCQ on Wednesday. Whats up with Fuller? Is he still not 100%?

          Let me chime in here with my congrats to Fuller.

          Things could be rough going for Stoke this season, but a goal in the opening game is always a good start for a striker. I'm sure he'll be looking to do better for himself this time around in the Premier League.
